At Spot on Event, I want to be as transparent as possible. I know you may have questions about how it will work. Just have a browse below and get a feel. I want to work with you to tailor the planning to your lifestyle and your goals.

At first, you'll get a complimentary consultation which helps both sides ask all the questions. This helps us get to know each. The information you give me will be used to create a detailed proposal and once you're happy I start the fun part... the wedding planning!
Once you are happy to proceed, the fun part starts... the planning. I'll begin to design and work on a mood board for your big day. Including the styles and aesthetics learnt from you as well as my own professional expertise. This will be the main source of inspiration as I search for vendors and design your day. I'll also support you in selecting your venue if needed.
When you're happy with the design and theme as well as some potential vendors, I'll start to get you some cost breakdowns from the local vendors. Throughout, I'll help keep you on budget.
Once all your vendors are confirmed we will start to drill down a "day of" timeline to ensure the day runs smoothly.
I will meet with all your vendors, if possible together with you.
Towards the last few weeks, we may need to meet more often to run through any changes you have. Remember it's your day, you can change it as much as you like.
Finally, sit back, relax, and enjoy the day.
